4 minutes ago We hired this company for a termite inspection. We were told they would be out the next business day and that part they did do. However when we asked about the report we were told it would take about two days! 1week later the report still has not been received. When I call the office they said well our guy has been out of the office for a couple days however he is back today. I have been with J.D. Smith now for serveral years and have been very happy with their company. We had to call them to come out and give us an updated inspection for our re-finance of our mortgage and they were so helpful and scheduled the inspection within days so that we could move forward with our re-fi. They were very thorough and we felt confident with the results.
I bugged JD Smith twice! That's right- and they came out just as friendly and caring both times! Dave and Jessica are amazing!
