Do NOT rent here. This morning we went to leave our unit and the sidewalk is a complete sheet of ice. Fell and not to good either. Contacted the property manager. Instead of help, they offered a lecture on where to take myself and spouse if there were actually injuries, and then had the audacity to say?"What do you want us to do about it? It's fine. Hit or miss in responsiveness at times. Weird priorities, they decided to buy a Big Metal Pink Flamingo instead of more washers for an apartment complex that desperately needs working washers. Other than that, good overall. Clean and nice apartments. Edit: I'm unsure as why it won't let me respond directly to the management/owners message here. To answer their question, I'm in the Woodland Reserve block of apartments on bluff street. One washer barely works, its unbalanced on the ground and walks across the vaseme... read more
