It's fine. Hit or miss in responsiveness at times. Weird priorities, they decided to buy a Big Metal Pink Flamingo instead of more washers for an apartment complex that desperately needs working washers. Other than that, good overall. Clean and nice apartments. Edit: I'm unsure as why it won't let me respond directly to the management/owners message here. They’ve failed every inspection, they cut corners on purpose, amenities don’t work, all of my neighbors have complained they have leaks and their stuff doesn’t work, washers and dryers don’t work for weeks, entrances are broken and anyone can walk in, takes months for anything to get fixed after repeatedly coming, and management does the minimum on everything, office is very defensive and takes 0 accountability. The move went smoothly and there were no defects in the newly remodeled apartment. The management was very cooperative with our needs and desires.
