Horrible communication. Garbage AI chat thing for resident services. Maintenance request system "meld" is atrocious. Unable to talk to a human in any way on a weekend. Terrible company.
This is a review for Midtown Terrace. First of all, I don’t usually write stuff like this, but I think you should be aware before thinking about moving into this place. Take this as a public service announcement. Nobody should be living in this building. The water damage alone, I can guarantee this place is filled with black mold. In Delafield Woods apartments we were texted in the 828 Division St building that they needed to do an Emergency hot water heater replacement last Thursday and we would have No Water from 11:00 am - 2:00pm. Since then the Hot Water would come on for only short times after we put in Maintenance Emergency Requests. It’s like the pilot or a switch is malfunctioning.
