We have lived here almost 7 years. Previous management was marginal and inconsistent regarding maintenance at best. Ever since JD McCormick took over management maintenance has been superb! Issues addressed immediately. Given the beauty of the neighborhood and its location we highly recommend this Woodland Reserve property.
We have been so impressed with the management and maintenance of the Delafield Lakes facility! Keep up the great work!
They have the best views from the apartments. The staff is mostly nice!
Worst experience renting in Wisconsin in the past 20+ years. Rude management. Dirty roach infested units. This company has gone down the toilet ever since they were bought out within the last 2ish years
Substantial energy losses from winter window infiltration have led to increased electricity expenses. The proposed exterior remediation remains unfinished after one year. The malfunctioning buzzer has persisted for three months, awaiting resolution. The air filter was never replaced, resulting in our children requiring inhalers throughout our tenancy.
