Worst experience renting in Wisconsin in the past 20+ years. Rude management. Dirty roach infested units. This company has gone down the toilet ever since they were bought out within the last 2ish years
Substantial energy losses from winter window infiltration have led to increased electricity expenses. The proposed exterior remediation remains unfinished after one year. The malfunctioning buzzer has persisted for three months, awaiting resolution. The air filter was never replaced, resulting in our children requiring inhalers throughout our tenancy. I lived with JD McCormick for a year when I was a sophomore in college. They would randomly shut off our water with no communication. We only had one bathroom and our toilet broke one weekend, I sent multiple maintenance requests because it was our only bathroom and they didn't send someone to fix it for three days. When they finally showed up they asked which bathroom was broken and I once again informed them there was only one bathroom.
Avoid at all costs!! We had a leaking utility closet for 6 months, we fought back and forth with management about getting it taken care of asap as maintenance had gone quiet and couldn’t seem to get the problem fixed. We couldn’t get a call back so I had to go to the physical office to get an answer. Fast forward a two months, the leak was finally fixed but at that point we had wet carpet and drywall for an extended duration.
