Brutally honest review from renting in 2019: JD McCormick is possibly most leech-like renters in all of Madison. We paid an obscene amount in rent for an old, small, dilapidated apartment with too many issues to name. The staff, other than Melissa, might as well not exist as they don't help at all. Our apartment was filthy when we arrived, including the hallways (which JD McCormick said would be cleaned, but never were).
