I had seen Joe’s work in the neighbourhood as he expanded and restored to 60’s era houses into modern, classy homes. My front flagstone porch was crumbling and I asked him if he knew anyone who could repair it. I assumed it was too small a job for him. In fact, he did the job himself with the same great taste he had applied to houses resulting in an entrance that I could feel proud of, at a price that worked.
Joe and Sal did a great job on the framing portion of our project. We were always made aware of updates. He kept to his word on when he would start and finish the work. We are thankful for some recommendations and working with our engineer.
Joe and his crew expertly took care of my flooded basement. He promptly arrived with a large crew the day after the flooding and by that evening the demolition and clean up were completed. Joe then patiently worked with us to reimagine the space and completed the renovation quickly. He constantly communicated with me every step of the way and the workmanship was first rate. The basement looks great and has become a new hangout spot for the whole family.

JD has helped me with multiple listings as well as my own house. Always available with very fair pricing. Can handle small odd jobs and full renovations. I Would be lost without this team!
