They were great Jeff is a wonderful guy helped me when I thought I couldn’t get approved he took care of me excellent customer service I will recommend him to anybody he was enthusiastic and great help
They make their money by taking advantage of people who are in a between a rock and a hard place and have little to no choice but to buy a car here. First car I bought here was great. The salesmen were extremely nice and patient with me, even staying after hours. I would to Express my sincere gratitude to the manager of the repair garage chris. They repaired my Granddaughters car at no cost to her . I called explaining a dire situation. They took care of it. Highly recommend
Worse experience ever! They are very unprofessional! Everything started out fine. Everyone at the office is nice. However, my one star rating is because CNAC in Carmel IN is their in-house finance company and THEY SUCK! I do not know who dropped the ball whether it was the folks at the JD Office or CNAC but I was supposed to be setup for auto pay by the time I left the office which was the day I received my car, and my very first payment I had wasn't paid automatically. Fast and friendly At first i didn't think I was going to get a car from them. Didn't like any of the cars on the lot. But Shawn call me back and said he had more cars. I drove up and found my car the very first time test drove it like it and drove home the same day very happy
First car I got my first car and they sat down with me and explained here's about what you spend in month, year, etc. Then said heres about what payments you could afford and showed me which cars would work for that, ended up with a nice car and no problems so far
