Ran my credit without my knowledge I was there a few months back. I stopped there first because I was referred by a family member. I had set up an appointment and was ready to find a new car. I met Rebecca who was rude and ignored me. She had me first fill out a packet of paperwork which she then took into the manager. At that point, I had not even been shown a car.
