Let me start off by saying I purchased a second car from them and I been charged 17000 for a 3300 dollar car . And let me state I was never ever let on a payment ! I was in a accident and only owed interest of 1400 ! Car basically payed off now I’m being sued ! To treat a returning customer they way they are ! Greedy money hungry people ! Suing when they made their money and some off me ! I absolutely do not recommend them ! worse place to buy a car. vehicles have a lot wrong with them and nothing is under warranty. I bought two and will never go back. their customer service rates below zero. never delt with such rude people like them. stay away from jd byrider unless you want a car with a lot of issues and a car payment.

He also understood that I had other bills to pay but I am still able to make my car payments on time on the dates that he gave me. Thank you So much J.D. So I purchased my first JD vehicle June of 2011 and for the duration of the loan I had NOT ONE ISSUE. Fast forward July 2018, and I’ve literally had issues with it since purchase. I’ve sent them videos of the problem, but of course when I took it in they couldn’t find the issue. The other day my van doors all of a sudden wouldn’t open so I had to put my 6 year old through the trunk to open the doors. Now from my key pad, I can’t lock or unlock the doors. Was told I was getting a steal and wound up still paying 12,000$ for a 6,000$ vehicle I was late on 1payment of 6 dollars and they continuously blew up my phone and sent people out to take my car for a 6 dollar payment wich I told was gonna be made the next day wish I would’ve never went through them for my first car because now I’m stuck
they denied me for having 6 kids wow
