I want to thank shanell at JD ByRIDER Glenn Burnie location. She explained everything perfectly, I didn’t feel pressured or rush. I give her a five star customer service rating. My advice if you choose JD make sure it’s Glenn Burnie.

The customer service was outstanding...plus they put me in my car .....yaaaaahhhh I was finally approved for a nice whip...I will send more customers that way, definitely....and tell them to ask for NIYAH, she was wonderful..and their benefits are great, that comes with ur purchase of the car...$5 oil changes and more....JD BYRIDERS y'all really made my life a whole lot easier.. love you guys
