Sales person Steve was perfect really took care of me and explain the process really well
so had my car service today in mist of corona, dropping off was strange. Didn't see the signs until I got to the service department, neither did the lady that came in a little later. Pick up was friendlier one of the salesman helped me out. Happy with warranty service.
Granted there is one issue with the truck, they reassured me that it will be fixed ASAP and that they will double check everything to keep her running good. I am a proud owner of a 2008 F-150 and I could not be happier. They did an amazing job with answering my questions and working with me financially! Don is the one I recommend. However, everyone was great and I even got a good look at the service area where they work on the vehicles. I am glad I chose them and I will consider them again in the future.
