We have been going back and forth with this company for about a week. First dealing with April, then don, and finally Michael. Sending documents and doing the appointments over the phone to purchase a suv. Calls and texts were exchanged, everything was approved, all we had to do was come in and sign the paperwork, put down the deposit and drive off the lot. Or so we were told.
