3.5 stars. The sakes team was fantastic. A special thank you to Lexi and Tyler! The service team however leaves a lot to be desired. During our test drive of the Jaguar XF we purchased, the "Service Engine" soon light came on. Instead of running a code check through the ODB, their service guy simply reset the code, assuring us it just needed an oil change. Unfortunately, we took his word. That was not the problem. The "Check Engine" came on 200 miles later and threw codes for a Themostat Temp Sensor and MAF sensor. Luckily, ... read more
