They reached out promptly to see if I wanted to come and see the vehicle I saw it the same day and I was able to view it the same day.Before I could purchase with my âownâ financing it was sold! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I was contacted once the day I was approved to purchase only to call and find out it was sold! Then was contacted the next day to see if how my financing approval was going and if I was still interested in the 2007 Chevy avalanche
Scheduled appointment on time, Jad great guys, got the car for a test drive, car drove smoothly. Mechanically a good car cosmetically needed little work to be done but for the price, it was a good deal. I’m with it. Friendly people good environment. I’ll do it all over again.
JD AUTO PDX LLC responded quickly to my interest in 2011 Land Rover. This is a professional auto dealership. I checked out their inventory. They have a good selection of vehicles for a sensible price. No high pressure sales. Just simple and helpful service to assist the serious buyer to find a car.
Never followed up as promised
They were very annoying. They started texting me very quickly, I was at work. I asked them not to text or not to call. They continued to text and I had three different calls even when I said do not call me while I’m at work.
Appointment set to look at the truck, it was wedged in the storage warehouse so tight I couldn't even get to the driver's side, let alone take it for a drive. The battery in the fob was almost dead, and when he got that working the truck barely started. It has had the emissions equipment removed which requires a programmer to make the truck run right, and they didn't know anything about it. The salesman was all amped up like he just snorted a line. Right now it’s a 3 star rating I purchased this car for cash on the 30th if Nov was given a 10 day trip permit assured I would receive title in 5 days trip permit expired no title and no response to the email I sent! Luv the the car though!
So far,they have been very helpful.
