Poor in-store pickup experience, I buy normally on the aventura mall store, but never had experience this treatment? I came to pick up an order and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience. No one greeted me or offered assistance when I entered the store. I went to the counter, where several sales associates looked at me, and one asked if I was ready. After being a loyal customer of JCrew for many years, this by far was the worst in store experience I’ve ever had. The manager is disrespectful and made crude assumptions of me. Do not visit this store.
Rude staff!!! I purchase j crew in Texas and when I asked if they had a sale section they laughed at me saying that it was a fancy store and they don't have that.
