I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I specifically asked for 2 inches to be taken off, long layers, and face framing. Instead, the haircut left the front extremely disconnected and poorly blended with the rest of my hair. The face-framing pieces were heavy and fell awkwardly across my face, and the overall shape was not what I requested. I asked to stop and left. My wife got her hair cut by Christian. He either didn’t listen to what was explicitly asked or didn’t know how to do it, made a mistake and cut it far too short, then acted as if he didn’t care that his client wasn’t happy with the situation he put her in. The salon may be good, but Christian is not. Would not recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience with Syeda at JCPenney Salon! She did my balayage and haircut, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My mother had a terrible experience. She went in for a hair cut and the individual was careless and cut her hair terrible. If someone ask you to cut a little bit shorter that doesn’t mean shave the whole head.
