I had a wonderful experience with Syeda at JCPenney Salon! She did my balayage and haircut, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My mother had a terrible experience. She went in for a hair cut and the individual was careless and cut her hair terrible. If someone ask you to cut a little bit shorter that doesn’t mean shave the whole head.

LaShawn is a new stylist colorist who in my opinion has experience and knowledge and caring of her clients. If you are African-American in particular as she is, is very well aware of how to satisfy her customer. I am very pleased with her and I’ve been coming to JCP in Castleton from an hour away for over a year. She is the first that I can say has done an excellent job. I’m so impressed. I love the JCPenney salon. It's calm and quiet. They have a wide range of stylists that have been there for years. They can handle my straight fine hair and my son's thick coils. Prices are reasonable too.
