Ms. Donna is my hair stylist at JC Penney Salon and I absolutely love her professionalism. She is reliable, courteous, and she is all about hair health. Ms. Donna has been doing my hair for over 6 months and I am very pleased with my outcome. My hair is growing fast and its healthy. She has a diverse hair background and puts a smile on my face every time.
Hello, I'm Monica again, just to change my opinion about the salon... after a few days the manager Avril contacted me to find out what had happened and when I explained the situation to her, she invited me to come back and do the work herself. Today I returned with a bit of fear. Avril and Carmen, another lady from the place, did an excellent job on my hair and I was extremely happy with the result. I recommend JCPENNY SALON 100%. Thanks to manager Avril for calling me and to Carmen for having an excellent touch.
I am Mónica, I was at Katy's store on Thursday because I wanted a change of look... the stylist Michelle cut my hair in a very good way and I also wanted a color change, she asked me to come back on Friday after work to have a treatment done, for which I paid and got no result after 4 hours!! It turns out I had to return the next day and they didn't have an available appointment for another treatment to see if it would work, plus they didn't have the hair dye color that she knew I would need since Thursday. I really cannot say enough words to express my satisfaction with the Montgomery IL location. Previously I had been to the Aurora Mall salon which was a different experience. The Aurora one is in need of severe updates but the stylist was amazing so it didn't bother me. But it was a bit dark and depressing there. But WOW, going to the Montgomery location!! I have been b going since.2007. I have had wonderful stylists after retiring this last one i has another master stylist. was very unhappy m hair not cut to length I wanted. highlights not added on top was told i didnt need. only glossing. very disappointed after spending all thst money doesn't look good . still had dye behind my ears. after all these years Have to changevsalons. wish my girl Anna didn't retire. she was the best.
