These people provide horrendous customer service. We had a warranty issue with one of their E One pumps they sold us 12 months ago. They finally decided to warranty the pump. Then we had a power cord problem which we went back for help and three of their employees confronted my technician blaming him again for the pump failure. They definitely don’t stand behind their product and their warranty!
They helped me sort out problems I’ve been having for years at my Vacation home in Sonora MX sold me the new pump and components, great company, great advice, highly recommend
