There should be a zero star rating. This is one sorry operation if you ask me. The Veterans Administration referred me to this organization for treatment. They sent my records there over two months ago. I tried calling but all you get is put on hold. Three different occasions I call and was on hold for over forty-five minutes. Nobody came to the phone so I finally hung up. I stopped in at the office and they told me, "We're reviewing the records as fast as we can and we will call you as soon as we do."
