Terrible, terrible service. And when we respectfully told the employees they aggressively argued and told us to not come back. Very interesting approach to customer service.
I used to go to JC all the time and I then moved away. I would come back and go there every now and then and each time, I would have to ask them to do something over. It was convenient for me and even though they would give me attitude they still did it. The most recent time I went, they were so nasty and rushed. I asked them to do it over and they wouldn't. My nails were horrible!!!!!! I disputed my charge with my bank and they have now banned me. This is literally the worst place.

I always request Johnny but everyone there is great. Kind service, and if there is a problem with your nails you are encouraged to come in within a week so they can fix it. I did this once and was met kindly with apologies and a promptly fixed manicure free of charge. Their tools are used only once and are sealed in plastic which they open right in front of you so you can see that they care about sanitation. If it weren’t for Janet I wouldn’t still be going there. One technician cut my real nails after i told her it was an overlay and then they charged me for a repair on the two nails she had already cut. I tried booking an appointment and they don’t stay on top of appointments and they didn’t even let me know they couldn’t fit me for the day I made the appointment tried calling and nobody answered.
I went here for the first time on a Sunday at the recommendation of my best friend. I called and made an appointment and was able to get in. the pedicure was one of the best I've ever had and with my nails they had me in and out within an hour and a half. I will definitely go back! the prices are comparable with everyone else around
Kevin, Jimmie and Cherry are totally awesome. Not too pricey. I recommend an appointment.
