I went in wanting a relaxing pedicure and got everything but that. It took me longer to pick my color and get seated than the pedicure itself! The lady doing my pedicure rushed through the whole thing & didn't even finish she left me halfway done and had someone else finish my polish while she went to go start a manicure with another costumer their was only 4 employees there me had about 15 costumers but instead of telling everyone it would be a while they half ass did everyone's services! Love this place they always make me feel very welcome and Tracy did an awesome job with my foot massage!
Have had multiple pedicures here. Love the chocolate or hot stone pedicures. Nice staff. Neck and back brief massage while toes are drying (although my gal had a super strong touch, I think she could wrestle a cow to the ground).
I love this place! I love the hot stones they use and the massages they use. It's a very comfortable experience bc your sit in big comfy chairs with your hands on a pillow instead of sitting at a table. I've gone back 4 times now and bring a new friend to show them each time!
First off, they severely overcharged us. Their website lists hot stone pedicures for $35 and keratin manicures for $22. We had two hot stone pedis and two manicures one of which had shellac and the total was $170. The "spa" mani and pedi was over in under an hour, she butchered my cuticles and nicked me twice, rounded my square nails without asking, didn't apply shellac correctly or seal the edges, and tried to upsell me on additional massage time that should have just come standard with a spa pedicure. Went on a whim while killing time before my flight home. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Great service and great price. Loved the hot stones and leg massage.
Been going here alot usually great. This time they were Getting busy and it was like the girl wanted to rush..Got the stones to early they were not hot when using for pedicure no stones for manicure..no back massage after and was asked if I wanted cuticles cut when they cleary needed it. Not the worst thing but not what I have come to expect and love from JC...I will still go back
I'd have given it a 5 star if I hadn't been charged twice. Love being offered a back massage while my toes dried.
