Took my truck in for what should’ve been a simple repair, and they kept it for over a week without calling me once. When I finally picked it up, the problem still wasn’t fixed — and they charged me more than the estimate. I won’t be going back. Doesn't recommend
I paid good money for a full repair, and within two weeks the same problem came back. When I called, they said there’s nothing they can do unless I pay again. That’s not how you treat customers.
I called multiple times to check on my vehicle and never got a straight answer. Every time I asked when it would be ready, they said “tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came. Ended up towing my truck out of there to another shop.
I went in for an oil leak, and after they “fixed” it, my engine started making noises it never made before. When I went back, they told me it was a “new issue” and wanted to charge me again. Terrible experience.
If you value your time and your truck, go somewhere else. They promise one thing and deliver another. I had to chase them for updates for days, and when I finally got my vehicle, it looked like it hadn’t even been touched.
