I’ve been a patient at JCImplants for over a year & I’m happy to recommend the practice. The care I’ve received from regular cleanings to more involved dental work has been excellent. The doctor & office staff always provides great support & professional care. The staff is very friendly & knows the ins & outs of handling insurance issues. I always feel I’m in good hands at JCImplants.
Only went here because it’s in-network with my insurance. Felt uneasy during every visit. Came in as a new patient, now I’ve spent almost $1,000 with insurance and 4 visits. Had my first cleaning, and walked out with diagnosis of 3 cavities and a cavity restoration procedure. Should’ve gotten a second opinion from another dentist, now I’m stuck with permanent changes to my teeth. This dental clinic is the most disrespectful I’ve ever encountered. They relentlessly upsell every minor service, completely disregarding your actual needs.
Great dentist practice. Friendly staff. Easy and flexible booking process. Highly recommend!
