The most bipolar experience of my life. I was a customer of 8 years, without ever a bad word or experience. I have received excellent work from him. There's been approximately 35 of my cars tinted by JC custom tint. I can not discount his abilities. Very good. Most of the time he is extremely pleasant. This time I had some mistakes on my vehicle, mainly his daughters work. Extremely annoyed that I even gave this person my business. He is extremely rude and has absolutely no concept of customer service. I went there today before 8 a.m. to see if he could fix my window tint that he installed only a MONTH ago. The same day I got it done, the window started bubbling, so I went back so he could fix HIS own work. He didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me.
