I was extremely pleased with Josh's professionalism, and expertise with the repairs i needed, and he went out of his way to explain what needed to be done and how he would fix it and suggested what he would do. He did the work ia a timely manner and at a fair price.

JB and his crew came out and did a patio cover for us that looks fantastic. They torn down the old deteriorated cover and matched it perfectly to the existing one. The crew worked together great. Kept everything cleaned up everyday they were at our house. Price was very reasonable and the communication was the best. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to get responsible and fantastic work done.

Hired Josh to replace patio roof. He came out and provided a few options. After removing the original surface, JB noticed a few “change order” items. When he presented them to me, all was well photographed. He took the time to explain the pros and cons without pressuring. To my delight, he did not take advantage of the “change order”. I needed some roof turbines fixed at my property and I was not in the state. Josh was very easy to communicate went for an inspection within a day. Josh evaluated the turbines and took a step further to check the rest of the roof. Josh found additional issues (needed new sealing on vents) with the roof needing to be addressed. With rain coming up this weekend, Josh was quick to get the job completed the same day as the inspection.
