Have been using JB for about 40 years. Never been more happy!
We were told they we be by our house at 1pm. We were then told between 3-3:30. I called at 4pm after hearing nothing and they said they would be here as soon as they were finished with their project. At 5:30 I called and got no answer. Left a message and now it’s 8pm and still haven’t heard from them
On the whole, the experience with JB's was unsatisfactory and I would not engage them as long as a someone more responsive and reasonably priced can be found. Although I had decided not to leave a negative review, because they ignored my calls and emails to return and make a lasting repair I wanted others to know. About 1.5 months ago, they worked on my less than 3 year old furnace for 2.5 hours and billed $445.
