Was shopping for a recliner chair locally and wanted help in choosing the proper style for my size and back problems. We had a wonderful buying experience when trying to decide upon which piece of furniture we wanted. The saleswomen were attentive and knowledgeable while giving us time to make our own decisions. Additionally the delivery men were willing to move around two couches (up to down and vice versa) and THEN moved what we purchased. They were very kind and took care with our items. We highly recommend buying your furniture from JB’s furniture.
We looked at several other stores in Warsaw, but didn't find what we were looking for. My husband is a really tall guy and they helped us find a recliner that fit him perfectly. They even were willing to keep our chair for a couple of extra weeks, after receiving it, so we could finish our remodeling without getting our new chair all dusty. We have been purchasing from JB'S Furniture for many years. We love the quality of the furniture, the friendly and helpful staff. There's never any sales pressure. We explain to them what we are looking for and they show us several different pieces that are exactly what we are looking for. After every purchase they have been very prompt on delivery. The gentlemen that deliver are very courteous and kind and place it exactly where we want. We highly recommend JB'S.
