I liked that they had different styles than all the other stores that I had been to. Jo was so patient & helpful when I was trying to pick chairs & sofa and get all the fabrics coordinated. I love supporting a family business rather than the big box stores. If you want that personal touch, go to JB's.
Bought a new mattress set from here and had awesome service. Sales people were amazing and very helpful. The delivery was right on time and delivery guys were very professional. My husband & I had shopped several furniture stores for a new sectional & never found the perfect one for our home. We custom ordered a new one from JB’s & had a wonderful experience! The sectional arrived within the time limit that was promised, delivered promptly as scheduled by 2 friendly & helpful employees and the quality and style were exactly what we had wished for. Our children purchased a recliner for their dad for Christmas from JB's Furniture. We are very pleased with the chair, the help, and service they provided. The chair in the store was upholstered in a light color so we chose to have JB's order from the manufacturer the same chair in a color of our choice. The chair was delivered today....and he loves it!
I want to thank Jill and the team from JB Furniture for helping us to find the right mattress and the base to go with for a good night sleep. My husband has breathing issues and we needed a ERGO Plus base to go with a Tempur Pedic mattress. Had the best night sleep in a long time. Thanks again
