Recently purchased furniture from JB furniture was treated with courtesy from the time we stepped in the door until the furniture was delivered by very two courteous young men.Was treated with upmost respect from purchase thru delivery, The young men placed blankets on door and rails first thing to prevent any damage with heavy furniture.
Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the brands. Great service from the minute I walked in the door to the delivery. No high pressure sales, and the store was furnished beautifully. Kudos to JB's!
Love them! Customer service is fantastic. Quality furniture. Very helpful and even came out and measured a room for me to see what would look best and fit. The delivery guys are fantastic and really make sure things are set! Will be shopping here for all furniture.
I had very little time and am from out of town and needed to furnish a bedroom quickly. The employees helped me find EXACTLY what I needed and at such a great price. Not only was I done shopping in less than 1 hour (entire room furnished) they were able to deliver it and set everything up the very next day! Super customer service and great selection! I will definitely be back the next time I need something.
I was so pleased today with the help we received from Jennifer at JB's Furniture. After having a terrible experience with a mattress company, she showed me exactly what we needed. I was able to purchase the mattress and frame and have it delivered the same day. My husband and I were able to sleep on a bed instead of the floor. I truly appreciate the compassion Jennifer had for us. JB's rescued us from a terrible situation. Thank you
