I have bought several pieces of furniture from JBs. throughout the years. This past summer I bought a recliner and sofa recliner. The recliner chair didn't work for me. It was a manual and I was to short to have or work properly. After several discussions and suggestions, it was decided that my chair needed to be converted to electric. Brent did the rework for me and it has been a perfect since the change. Both Jon and Brent went out of their way to make me a happy customer.
Excellent customer service!!! I had no idea buying local could be such a great experience. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were super nice! I will be back!
