Can't say enough good things about Stacy Thrash at JB Goodwin. Extremely prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She understood and found exactly what were were looking for, navigated us expertly through situation with a roof leak, and went above and beyond to close the deal promptly. I can't think of anything I'd want more in an agent. I'd encourage anyone to work with her -- I wish I could give her 6 stars!

She was so patient, well prepared, explained everything from financing, school zones, interest rates, housing more suitable to my lifestyle, explored so many neighborhoods with me. She was at closing, followed up after closing. She was there every step of way and did not take any crap if she felt like we did not get the best deal!
