*********************** Of JB Masters swindled my mother out of thousands of dollars for her roof and gutters. She paid her insurance money up front her work to be done he faked like he was working . He gave a estimate took her money, removed her gutters left all in the yard and stopped answering the phone. We filed a civil suit and his wife showed . He never came. The judge placed on a judgment and we still have not got our payment! And she still needs a roof. We are out $8000. He never came back. We are a military family. ... read more
We have also had $7000 stolen for our association for work and supplies that were never completed. We are in the process of legal action now. He strung us along for months saying the wrong windows were ordered and the new ones were on back order. I don't think he ever ordered them or planned on doing the work for us. Hopefully, we can get a judgement and collect some or all of our funds back.
JB Masters Robert ***** is a theft he took my money. I have not seem him again. $3790 he stole. I got a court judgement i will never stop telling the world.. Dont trust his *********** either. She knows he is a theft.
Bob came out to look at our gutters the same day we called. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a reasonable quote to fix the problem. Within the week he and his crew came out to install the missing drip edge. Unfortunately for the crew but fortunately for us it started to rain while they were working. It was further discovered that the gutters were improperly installed last year and the water was not draining properly. I've dealt with the owners Bob and Carrie on several occasions for my roof and gutters and then again on siding repair. They are great people and really care about their customers. It's easy to see the quality in everything they do. It's clear Bob has years of experience and it showed in every part of my jobs. I can't recommend JB Masters highly enough!!
