While Dean brings experience and an educational disposition to his work, several problems arose with our inspection. (1) he had camera problems such that we have still not received a text-and-photos inspection report as of ONE WEEK after the inspection date. (2) to correct for the camera problems, he sent a text-only report the day after inspection. The text-only report was missing critical information about water intrusion. He came to our house the day after we contacted him, and not only did he inspect for mold in our bathroom, but he did a thorough review of all the places where our house might be keeping moisture. He also gave us tips on how we can better equip our home for future mold problems, including specific instructions that were helpful for first-time homeowners like us. Because he's an inspector and not a contractor, he doesn't get any kickbacks or anything by diagnosing problems that d... read more

Dean was very patient and thoroughly explained issues that he found. He helped us out with some untrustworthy contractors we've been having a tough experience with, too.
