Fast, courteous, and honest.....can't ask for more than that. I called at 6pm, they were here the next day at 930am, diagnosed the problem, went and got the part and came back and had it installed and my fridge working by noon! Definitely recommend!!
Lord have mercy....like its cool to run your own small business but my god do I have to tell you how to be professional too. Come now this is a mess never buy a product from you people again. If a customer purchase something from you and say something is wrong with it you should make sure that person that spend their money with you are taking care of in a urgent manner. I am always skeptical when having a repair company into my home. I could not have been happier with the service I received! The appliance repair technicians are professional and efficient. On both occasions they arrived well within the designated time window. The parts they needed arrived quickly. The initial visit to see what needed repaired was Monday and my fridge was back in working order by Wednesday. Thank you!!
