I guess no microwave for Christmas. I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would take two to three days to come in. The fifth day, I call to get a status check, the man who answered was nice and told me the part that they needed to fix the microwave with would come in two more days. Well, I don't know if it's because of the holidays, but now they are not answering their phone. I just want an answer of when the microwave is going to get fixed.
I scheduled an appointment with jb appliance repair for my leaking freezer and they were able to come out the next day! The tech arrived on time and even called to let me know when he was on the way. He was very professional and courteous to explain to me what was wrong with my freezer and the process to fix it. Very happy with my service, I highly recommend them.
Even though I decided not to have my washer fixed, due to the fact of how hold it was and not wanting to put more money into it than it is worth, I have to give JB’s Appliance Repair big props. JB came to my home after hours and checked my washer thoroughly, just so he did not charge me to fix one issue and not another. There ended up being several things wrong and I opted to just buy another washer. I strongly recommend JB Appliance Repair.
