New to jazzercise (am lovng it) but need new shoes. I've been wearing my Mizuno running shoes, but learned running shoes are a no-no(which explains why my feet kill). Need recommendations. Rykas? NB?

Hey Nancy! I actually wear a Brooks running shoe called the glycerin 12. We do recommend a cross trainer for most people for Jazzercise. I roll out when I walk and the glycerin 12 is the only shoe that helps me with that. All feet are different so I would suggest going to Smith and Davis in Fayetteville and they can help fit you and your feet needs! I first started coming to Jazzercise Tyrone in November 2014 and I can honestly say it's one of my all time favorite workouts and places to workout. For the entire first month I wasn't even aware that the class was a full hour! I was having so much fun that I thought it was only thirty minutes! Time seriously flies by in that class. Jazzercise has been and continues to be the best exercise program for me!! The music and the routines make exercise enjoyable. Imagine that!! Enjoyable exercise. It's true. :) The instructors at Jazercise Tyrone are wonderful and really enjoy what they do!! And the customers are the BEST!!! We ARE one big family!!

I love Jazzercise Tyrone! It is so fun to attend all of the classes. Interval Fusion is my favorite! The instructors are excellent and motivational. The music is awesome. It starts my day off with a bang!!! Love it!
