I've been coming to Jazzercise Tyrone since January this year. I honestly think it's been almost 25 years since I was this committed to a workout regimine. The instructors are great at letting you know what's coming up in the routine, and the routines themselves have a familiarity so that it's easy to get a good workout even if you're not a great dancer. I especially love the 5:45 am classes but I miss it if I don't get my morning workout.

Maria's 5:45am class is the bomb! She makes me want to get up that early. Maria rocks!!
Rebecca runs a fantastic center. When you finish a class you know you've gotten a great workout. Just when your mind wanders she says, "Don't check out." This brings back my focus and insures I'm on track to get a great workout. Even on the "simple" routines I find myself putting more energy into the steps. She also does a great job teaching proper form to reduce chances of injury, as well as, achieving the best possible workout. I love the variety offered at the center by all of the instructors.
