It's a very positive upbeat place to meet for a great workout. we have the best instructors. Meet new people and encourage each other. It's under new ownership also. The new owners have made changes and made it a positive place to be!

I joined about a year and a half ago and feel like these classes help me feel more energized and stronger than before! I even sleep better! This is the perfect way to take time just for myself and my well-being. I KNOW that I’m getting the most out of my day when I can make it to class. 😎 AND- we all have fun with the music and different routines!
