I use to love this place. Everyone is so friendly, but when I have to cancel membership due to COVID 19, I am very disappointed by how they handled this simple request.
RecommendedI’ve tried every workout there is and always this is FUN not a workout. I can’t wait to go instead of dreading it like other workouts. The other dancers become your friends and it is the most unique program I’ve ever seen. Nothing better and that is why it has been around for over 50 years.
Two years ago, I took the steps to get myself healthy. 30 pounds, two dress sizes down and today I started with a HIIT class (interval fusion). Believe the hype, because it’s not hype: when they say you can burn 600 calories per class, here’s my stats from today:
This was such an incredible class for momma and daughter. Time together to practice optimal health, the routine could be modified for both of us, and Rebecca was so very uplifting and positive! We Highly recommend this welcoming atmosphere! We are feeling still “new” moving here from CT within the past year. Both the acceptance we felt, as well as the workout were energizing and soul filling! Much needed! Can’t wait to go back!
I LOVE it! I walked in and was instantly wrapped up in love, friendship, fun and yes, what my body needs, some exercise. But, shhh. We don’t need to focus on that. No really. This is just what the Doctor ordered. I can tell 2019 is going to be a lot fitter now that I found a fun way to get moving more!! Thanks Lake Mary Jazzercise for creating such an awesome community of women. I’m excited to contribute!!🥰🐬
