Great workouts for all ages and levels! Fantastic instructors and a good selection of class times!
I joined Jazzercise 3 1/2 yrs ago & had never done it before. I'm not a dancer or very coordinated so at first I wasn't sure it would be a good fit for me. I am now so much more coordinated & confident. I ABSOLUTELY love it & all the various classes & instructors! It's not only a great workout, but an emotional lift & energy high! Thanks Jen Bradsher for all you do to make it all happen!!
Wonderful fitness classes with a fantastic community of women! Lots of variety and childcare is included.
After having a baby two years ago, I haven't been in shape. I lost interest and haven't wanted to work out. I accepted a recent challenge at the studio just to prove to myself I can do it! I'm moving daily and thanks to jazzercise I feel better (: , I have energy, and the vibe there is amazing! The instructors are great and the work outs are fun.
