I like how it provides great cardio as well as a good work out for all of the muscles, our core, and balance too. I love that we work with weights, bands, and the exercise ball. It’s a great start to my morning! ❤️❤️ I even like how it’s given me some dance moves and confidence on the dance floor. 🤣😳😊

I'm a newbie to Jazzercise, and honestly was expecting a "good cardio workout"...what an understatement!! I simply love it!! It's an excellent all over body, core, strength AND cardio workout!! I've lost 30 lbs so far and Jazzercise has helped get me there!! Love my instructors & have felt very welcomed by the other members!! I was that person who hated working out! Now, I look forward to it and actually mark my calendar to make sure I can get to classes as much as possible!! Do it!! You won't regret it!! ❤️👍🏻🙌🏻💪🏻
