An absolute joy! From before I even walked through the door, I was welcomed in by the owner Sara, and invited to join the class before mine! We danced, pranced, stretched, and did strength training. Try it out; you won’t regret it. I love Riverchase Jazzercise! The classes are fun and challenging, the instructors are great, and the other members are very welcoming. It is a very supportive and accepting place to exercise! All of the instructors I've had have been great, but if you are like me, and have very little dance experience or ability, you should try Lauren M's classes. She is very good at demonstrating and explaining the moves in a way that really helps me get it.
