Everyone at Jazzercise is great! The instructors make every workout fun. You almost forget you are exercising! All the workouts can be modified. I do low impact and feel comfortable with others doing high impact next to me. The instructors are so nice and always give options. I have lost weight, gained flexibility and feel so much better. Absolutely love it! Great instructors. Always encouraging. Lots of fun. The more I go, the more I enjoy it. Regardless of age or fitness level, it's addicting. Any time you hear one of the workout songs throughout the day it makes you want to break out your jazzercise moves. Guaranteed to feel great and accomplished when you walk out the door following a workout.
