Brenda Savage, the owner of South Tulsa Jazzercise is dishonest and unethical. On May 24th, I was diagnosed with mono, and called her to pause my membership for one month. She did this easily. On June 24th, I called and left a voicemail telling her I had decided not to renew my membership and to not charge my card on 7/1. On 7/1 my card was charged the full $109. I so look forward to my Newton Jazzercise classes several days a week. I have met so many wonderful friends over the past 10 or so years and get a great workout. Each instructor brings their own special style. Emily has done a great job with the studio and is always looking for ways to improve more. Thank you! Keep up the good work!
