Brenda Savage, the owner of South Tulsa Jazzercise is dishonest and unethical. On May 24th, I was diagnosed with mono, and called her to pause my membership for one month. She did this easily. On June 24th, I called and left a voicemail telling her I had decided not to renew my membership and to not charge my card on 7/1. On 7/1 my card was charged the full $109.
