No pat down for Seniors, treat your customers like they matter. I needed to go to my car to get my glasses and extra cash and was rudely told "go ahead but this will be your last time". Not a excellent customer/ patron experience. It should have been explained to me that once in, if you leave there's no re-entry. Wont be doing that again! This Club treats you like the "Hood", maybe it is!
Nice club. Plenty of lovely ladies, great music, and good food. My only concerns are the dirty carpets in the dinning area, and the dirty bathrooms. This place could be the place to be, if only they presented their clients with a truly upscale experience. I want to continue to frequent this establishment, but they will have to clean up their act. If they do, their will be no place like it.
I LOVED IT!! Made my BDay Memorable!! – I had my 34th bday party there, and I couldn't have had a greater time! The owner and staff made making my reservations pleasant and informative, and I was able to decorate my area as I wanted to. My bday was GREAT! The food was delicious, and my waitress was 100% on point! Excellent Food and Music – Although it is true that once in the past, this place had rude service and unprofessionalism, they have changed management. For the better. They now have a very excellent buffet, 2 bars, and the service seem friendlier. You'd be surprised.

Rude as Hell!!!!!!!! – Went here for my 41st birthday with my sister!!! She had on a dressy shirt with some cute jeans! the Fat dude at the door told her she need to change and went to a closet with different color and sizes of dress pants with a tags on them for her to change in!!! Horrible Service – The service at the establishment is horrendous. The food is overpriced........the Mac & Cheese: Looked, smelled and tasted OLD! The cornbread could be used a a loofah for your poor tired feet.........disgusting. ** The thing that REALLY is holding this business back is the fact that the DOOR personnel has no clue what it means to have Good Customer Service. Food was cold, service was cold – The people working at this place were soooo rude. I love supporting black owned venues but I will never go to this place again. My sister was celebrating her bday here, they would not even let me come in for 2 minutes to say happy bday because my date was wearing jeans. When I finally did come in, it took 2 and a half hours to even get the cold nasty food that they gave us (which ended up being the wrong item) and then had the nerve to still ask us to pay.
