Called shop spoke with Adela and she was fantastic and extremely patient. I didn't know what I was doing and she stayed on the phone with me as I fumbled through ordering on my end while she continued to help customers walking in. I’ve called them 3 times during the business hours when they are supposed to be open . They don’t answer , I can’t leave a voicemail, and I CAN NOT contact them
