Updated -- Made one enquiry about a property and subsequently received unsolicited follow-up marketing about a different listing, with no unsubscribe option on the email. The agent has since explained it was a manual send to buyers in a similar price bracket, which I appreciate — but under the Spam Act, commercial emails still need a functional unsubscribe facility regardless of whether they're automated or hand-typed. Can't speak to the quality of his work as an agent, but the contact practices could use a rethink.
Asked specific questions and received the same generic email in return. nothing personal about the service. finally came through with the info needed.
