Dr. Hymes and his Staff are attentive and considerate professionals! I showed up for my shots with too much on my mind including the very recent passing of a good childhood friend and Dr. Hymes and his staff were very empathetic towards me and provided me with the kind of care and attention that was so supportive easing the tension of the day. I am very appreciative of them all and their response to my issues are exactly what you ask for from a Doctor. Many, many thanks Doc, K.
Dr Hymes himself is fairly good doctor- quick curtious polite and funny. I came to him for continuation of care, already knowing what I needed and he had no problem with treatment that I already knew is working for me. But I will never recommend him or anyone associated with his office. Staff in Los Angeles office are extremely rude. Being around them before seeing dr Hymes made me feel like a drugged out criminal. On top of it they are refusing to release my fmedixal file. Never again!
I have been seeing Dr. Hymes since 2003 and he very much got me back on my feet with proper meds and treatment. I would NOT let anyone else take a spinal needle to my spine except him. people complain about his demeanor, but as I see it, don't come to get meds for highs. only real patients in real pain and discomfort only need apply as it is said. I never wait long and as long as you have all your paperwork and the such in order he will make every effort to take care of you.
