had a service call for a washer that wasnt running correct. When the service tech got to my place he looked at the washer and told me the issue was a dirty filter screen for one of the valves. Poped the valve screen out and proceded to clean it. When asked if that was something I could do he told me that it was something he isnt supposed to do either. He needed to use one of my wire brushes to clean the screen. After he was done and requested payment I had to pay by card because I didnt have my checkboox with me or the cash ... read more
DO NOT USE JAY!! He is a a dead beat "business owner". My washer had a problem and wouldn't run on June 28 2016 so I called maytag, ****** sent JAY from ********* **** the next day on June 29 2016. He barely checked out my washer and said that I needed a certain part. We got to talking for a bit then randomly he said "I'm going to check your transmission" I was thinking that my washer is only 4years old and nothing should be wrong with it but let him check it since he "knows" what he is doing.
