They have had our lawn mower for over six weeks and we can't reach them. Called a dozen times, no answer, zero communication. Voicemail box is full. Truly awful customer service.
I took my Troy Bilt mower to get it fixed and he said they'd call Wed....so far it's Saturday and not 1 phone call or return phone call because I've tried about 8 times and all I get is voice mail with NO callbacks
