Went to Jay's for a custom ring to gift to my mom on her birthday. Jessica was a HUGE help and showed me so many options until we found something I knew my mom would like. After we picked the setting and the stones it was only 2 weeks until it was done which I thought was a very quick turnaround time. The ring brought my mom to tears so from start to finish a great experience! Thanks again!
I am very happy with the repairs done to my jewelry! My diamond is chipped which obviously you can't repair that. However, they rebuilt my setting so even with the chip it is now is very snug and wearable. I also turned my gold ring silver. I can't say enough on what great service I have always received at Jays!
Even when I moved back to NYC, I always rather wait to go back down to Florida and visit Jay's. Why? because I know that the quality is going to be flawless and the personal service I get will be great. thank you Jays!
