Fradualent doctor. Poor medical/record keeping. Poor bedside manner. Doctor did all type of testing. Got insurance approval for surgery that he submiited for. Appealed on my behalf. When it was time to schedule surgery, he refused to operate. They had the wrong surgery listed. Had approval from insurance and refused to schedule me. Year long process. reporting to medical board and medicare.
